the program consists of 20 study cycles and lasts 4.5 years

one educational cycle (module) - 3 days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

As a result of passing the program and attestation, students receive a certificate from KIGiP (Kyiv Institute of Gestalt and Psychodrama), which meets the international requirements of the European Association of Gestalt Therapists.
Optionally, students can continue their studies to obtain an international certificate of GATLA (Gestalt Trainers Association of Los Angeles) or submit a package of documents for certification in EAGT (European Association of Gestalt Therapists).

at the Second stageof education
1. The history of the emergence and development of Gestalt therapy.
Phenomenology in Gestalt therapy, the main principles of the phenomenological approach.
Introduction of the Code of Ethics.
2. The Cycle of contact, creative adaptation and its types, organism and environment.
The concept of a human as a system.
Field theory. Contact interruption mechanisms and methods of working with them.
3. SELF theory in Gestalt therapy: ID function, EGO function, PERSONALITY function and features of their interaction.
SELF as a process of organization of contact in the "organism-environment" field.
SELF dysfunction.
4.Experiment in Gestalt therapy: definition, purpose and classification.

Introduction to Gestalt Counseling and Gestalt-therapy (1 stage)
Higher Education in:

Participation in three-day practical training seminars, 20 seminars, 600 academic hours
Self-directed work in small study groups, at least 200 academic hours
Lectures on Gestalt therapy, 8 lectures (Basic course of lectures on Gestalt therapy)
Half an hour supervised session at the final stage of training.
Description of long-term work with a client: at least three clients, at least ten meetings with each
Personal individual therapy, at least 50 therapeutic hours (50 minutes)
Group psychotherapy, at least 200 therapeutic hours (50 minutes)
Supervision, at least 150 academic hours, of which:

15 demonstrations of work in a small group,
-
15 individual supervisions (5 of which are credits) with a supervisor, based on work with real clients,
-
120 hours in group supervision format.
Completion of 2 KIGiP specializations:
