PM6:30 - PM9:30 Kyiv time

We invite you to a series of three webinars where we will explore body, presence, and interaction in online Gestalt practice.

Together, we will explore new possibilities for working in challenging environments – through movement, breath, voice, conceptual discussions, small group practice, and demonstration sessions.

Sphere on Spiral Stairs

IN THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL LEARN HOW:

  • How to work embodiedly when the world is unstable?

  • How to maintain a lively connection online?

  • How to support yourself and others in times of war, immigration, danger and loss?

  • How to integrate bodily experience into a Gestalt approach when the screen separates us?

WEBINAR PROGRAM

Shared physical practice and immersion in the topic

"What does it mean to be embodied in the online space?"

  • Self-inquiry: How do we feel about ourselves, our bodies, and others right now?

  • Breathing, movement, and voice practices to support our embodiment.

  • Group exercises: How can we “touch” each other through screens?
